Refund Policy

At MissDee Couture, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Ready-to-Wear Item.
- Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange only, not refund, within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the error was from MissDee Couture.
2. Bespoke / Custom-Made Items
- All bespoke or custom-made outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- This includes outfits made to a client’s measurements or customized design requests.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Item
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
- Approved cases will be corrected or exchanged at no additional cost
4. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color, fabric print, or finishing
- Late delivery caused by courier services
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer to the customer’s account.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days.
